Atleast, some of us can get to know Sundar this way. I am not so sure that a free operating system with free programs that fails to feed anyone in the real sense would be a great idea for a developing country.

Also, I do admire some of Microsoft's efforts to donate money to India's most urgent needs, rather than software companies like Infosys, whose founders want to fight the government to increase fees and funding.....

Hey

I support MS . Its great is it not. As far as my
experience in web servers MS server are ones that
hardly crashes and get hacked easily. Guess what I am
typing this mail while my buddy is breaking his head
on the recent crash of a Linux server. LOL.

Hi,

Can you please give me sometime? I am authoring a title "Life of a QA"
(Obviously not inspired by Life of Pi that is truly for kids). I meant to
say that QA's life starts at 8 in the morning and never ends.

I would catch a point from Srihari. Does Infosys fight with the
government or is that Mr.Narayanamurthy who fights? I do think that
Bangalore Forward (A collaborative foundation between Infy, Wipro, Tally
and others) is doing a lot to improve on our life. Philanthropy is there
and lets not forget their kindness. At least I cannot forget how many
days those bus stands installed by Bangalore Forward used to shelter me
when it rains during a bike ride and not to mention the toilets (which of
course carry an Infy board) that are built for the poor. :)

Things are happening and India is definitely a happening place.

A bit before I end, MS or Linux, it doesn't matter, all that matters is
how best you can use a software.

Yeah Sundar,

I said founders of companies - didnt mean the whole company. A good point about being able to use operating systems/software. My concern is more with which one lets people earn more money, get more jobs and so on...
